Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full service experience. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their service shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other scheduled appointments. Half-service fees will apply (50% of service fee). I understand that schedules can change, and kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the scheduled service amount.
